General Information:

A 50% deposit is required to secure any booking made.

If a booking is cancelled 60 days before the function, the deposit is refundable.

Full payment of the function is to be made no later than 7 days before the function.

A 60% charge will be asked for children under the age of 10 years accompanying their parents.

The final number of delegates must be confirmed 48 hours (2 days) before the conference. The full amount will be charged on confirmation as no changes will be allowed within these 48 hours.

Non- arrivals will not be credited.

A surcharge of R50 per person will be charged for any specialized dietary requirements, such as halaal, vegetarian or kosher food. This must also be arranged 7 days in advance.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.

Please ensure that proof of any payment and the schedule of requirements is faxed and received by us in good order.

Prices may increase from the 1st of January every year.

The menu, wine list, and venue fees is subject to change.

A service charge of 10% will be added to all conferences and functions held.

A fully equipped bar is always available at an additional cost of R300 to cover the cost of a qualified barman.

No speakers, sound equipment or any other loud noises will be allowed outside on the patio as the sound travels over the lake into residential areas.
